Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners.
• Visit clients to ensure outstanding care and address questions or concerns.
• Coordinate services with caregivers and office staff for a positive client experience.
• Support new client onboarding and ensure smooth transitions into care.
• Participate in community outreach and represent Comfort Keepers at local events.
• Keep client information organized and maintain accurate records.
• Identify ways to improve client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Communicate regularly with families and the care team to ensure quality service.
• Represent Comfort Keepers with professionalism and integrity.
