Conduct initial in-home or virtual visits with prospective clients
Assist with onboarding visits and care plan reviews
Maintain client satisfaction and strong office communication
Document all client interactions according to policy
Support care plan updates and service adjustments
Follow up with prospective clients who have not started services
Coordinate with supervisor and office staff as needed
