Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with rotating weeknight and weekend on-call responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Help Families Get Started with Care

• Respond to inquiries from prospective clients and families.
• Conduct in-home care consultations to understand each client’s needs and preferences.
• Explain Comfort Keepers services, care options, and pricing.
• Help families feel confident in their decisions and guide them through the process of starting care.
• Follow up with prospective clients and help turn inquiries into new client relationships.

Create Personalized Care Experiences

• Develop and update individualized non-medical care plans.
• Coordinate new client introductions and support smooth transitions into care.
• Work closely with caregivers and office staff to ensure client needs are understood and met.
• Conduct in-home quality assurance visits and client satisfaction check-ins.
• Identify opportunities to improve the quality of care and overall client experience.

Build Strong Client & Family Relationships

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and their families.
• Respond to questions, concerns, and changing care needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Help resolve service-related issues and maintain positive client relationships.
• Build trust and connections that encourage long-term client satisfaction and referrals.

Support Community Relationships

• Help maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, senior living communities, and other referral partners.
• Occasionally participate in community networking activities and referral partner visits.
• Represent Comfort Keepers with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.

Community outreach is a smaller part of this position. The primary focus is client care coordination, consultations, and relationship management.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local visits.
• Availability for rotating weeknight and weekend on-call responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in home care, senior care, healthcare administration, client services, or a related field.
• Experience working with seniors and their families.
• Familiarity with care plans, activities of daily living, or dementia care.
• Experience conducting client consultations or assessments.
• Experience with home care management software.
