National Seating and Mobility (NSM) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the liaison between clients, care givers, and referral sources. You will support data entry, order management, and coordination with branch staff to ensure accurate client information and funding eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and manage phone requests and inquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
• Order management, coordinating with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and care givers.
• Assists in completion of work orders including client information and equipment details.
• Performs data entry, clerical support tasks, inventory checks, and accepts deliveries when necessary.
