Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and manage phone requests and inquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
• Order management, coordinating with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and care givers.
• Assist in completion of work orders with client information, equipment details and funding eligibility verification.
• Perform data entry, clerical tasks, assist with inventory and accept deliveries.
