Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and manage phone requests and inquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
• Order management, coordinating with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and care givers.
• Assists in completion of work orders including verification of client information, equipment details, and eligibility for funding.
• Performs data entry, clerical support, assists with physical inventory, and accepts deliveries.
