Responsibilities

• 80%: prepare invoicing to clients with required reports and reconciliation, document reasons for unbilled items, and communicate obstacles.
• 15%: respond to client/internal queries and facilitate resolution related to billing; update training materials.
• 5%: participate in projects related to billing or client support and process urgent payment requests as directed.
