• Assist with month-end billing processes and distribution of financial reports.
• Investigate and resolve customer billing disputes promptly and professionally.
• Maintain billing records and electronic files for accessibility.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external customers to resolve billing issues.
• Ensure billing information is accurate and processed on time.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for billing processes and documentation.
• Participate in meetings, training, and development activities.
