Job summary

Truist is seeking staff to deliver a distinctive client experience, performing transactions with accuracy while guiding clients to digital self-service options and tailored Truist solutions. You will assist with outbound outreach and IRM activities, supporting branch sales and service goals.

Ongoing product knowledge and compliance are essential to succeed. The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years in teller/cash handling or client service, and 6 months of relationship building or sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and use branch automation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales process through outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to tailor Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Commit to ongoing product knowledge and compliance with procedures.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
