Job summary

Truist is hiring for a Regular, 1st shift role in the United States. You will provide timely, accurate client transactions and excellent service while maintaining proper records. The position supports outbound calling and IRM activities to understand and meet client financial needs.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years teller or client service experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Expect multi-tasking, travel flexibility, and occasional weekend or extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.
• Ability to use PC and branch automation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales with outbound client outreach and referrals to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Leadership routines and maintain knowledge through training.
