Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are needed.
Ability to multi-task under time constraints and use basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

Provide a distinctive client experience and accurate handling of all transactions.
Educate clients on digital self-service solutions and banking tools.
Support sales process through outbound calls and referrals to branch staff.
Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist solutions.
Participate in leadership routines and maintain compliance with policies.
