Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Regular full-time client service professional for a 1st shift role in the United States. You will handle client transactions, provide quality service, and guide customers to digital banking tools.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, identifying client needs, and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance. Some branch travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with clients.
• Proficient PC keyboarding and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints; able to travel if needed.
• Experience with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous interactions and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and resolve issues as needed.
