Job summary

You will participate in training, maintain compliance, and adapt to branch demands, including flexible hours and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options including ATMs and online banking.
• Assist with outbound client outreach and identify opportunities for branch staff.
• Support Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and ongoing product knowledge training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
