Job summary

In this role you will greet clients, open new accounts, educate on transactions, and collaborate with branch team to exceed expectations while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates.
• Assist operations including cash devices and adherence to bank procedures.
