Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage lobby flow, check them in, and schedule/cancel meetings.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with day-to-day banking transactions and promote digital channels (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Listen actively, ask questions, show empathy, and build trusted client relationships across the branch team.
• Support branch operations and cash-handling activities in line with bank policies.
