Responsibilities

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships through attentive listening, empathy, and sharing product knowledge with the branch team.
• Perform branch operations and manage cash devices in adherence with bank policies.
