Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch team members to meet goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling while following bank procedures.
