Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience count).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers everyday banking and basic consumer account opening/maintenance.
• Serves as first point of contact for clients and acts as hospitality ambassador of the bank location.
• Identifies client needs and opportunities and refers to appropriate partners to deepen relationships.
• Demonstrates broad knowledge of banking products and services to offer solutions.
• Engages in inbound/outbound acquisition and referrals to specialists to deepen client relationships.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits.
