Qualifications

• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates client experience by managing client flow and inquiries.
• Delivers hospitality as the bank location's ambassador and greets clients.
• Performs transactions accurately and refers clients to specialists as needed.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
