• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills: concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow (in-person and phone) and referrals to appropriate partners.
• Serves as hospitality ambassador for the location, delivering high-touch client experiences.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions to build trust and deepen relationships.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and well-being.
• Engages in proactive outreach and schedules appointments for consumer account needs.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Acts with empathy, integrity, and a long-term client perspective.

Education
