Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Relationship Banker to represent the brand in a Chase Branch and build meaningful client relationships using banking solutions and technology. You will acquire, manage, and retain clients while delivering thoughtful financial guidance and exceptional hospitality.

The role requires sales experience, licensing (SIE/Series 6), and the ability to work weekends/evenings, with a focus on compliant service and client-first interaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• The SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
