Chase, a JPMorganChase brand, is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our hospitality-driven culture and help clients with personalized financial solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships while guiding them to technology tools to simplify banking.

You will need strong communication, branch-hour availability (weekends/evenings), and a commitment to regulatory compliance. Training and licensing support are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required compliance training.
• High school diploma or equivalent; licensing requirements listed below.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsabilités

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand and meet client financial needs with tailored solutions.
• Educate clients on technology options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for convenient access.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
