Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality in a branch setting. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to tailor solutions and help clients achieve their goals.

The role requires sales experience in retail banking, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and some evenings. Compliance and licensing requirements apply, with internal training provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail, ensuring a consistent client experience.
• Operate within established risk parameters and meet training and compliance obligations.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent; licensing requirements include SIE/Series 6/63 or Life licenses (within 180 days).
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust by listening and asking questions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and consult with experts to address needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
