Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality in a Chase Branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships using your financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions and make clients’ lives easier.

You will educate clients on Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, handle daily relationships, and collaborate with experts to address specialized financial needs while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent client experience.
• Operate within established risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses; licensing within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service and a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them, in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenient access to banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
