Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand in a Chase Branch, delivering hospitality and financial solutions to clients. You will acquire, manage and retain relationships, using your financial knowledge to tailor solutions and help clients meet their needs.

You will work in a branch setting, requiring strong communication, regulatory compliance, and the ability to explain technology tools to clients. Weekend/evening hours are required as part of branch coverage.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses; must obtain through JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust; ask questions and listen to understand.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet needs anytime, anywhere.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
