Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to act as a friendly brand ambassador in a Chase Branch, acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships with thoughtful financial solutions. You will leverage digital tools and personalized service to meet clients' needs and strengthen trust.

Successful candidates bring 1+ year of sales in retail banking, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible branch hours, including weekends, while complying with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor recommendations.
• Strong communication skills with clients in person and by phone.
• Ability to work within risk and compliance requirements, including training.
• Availability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Licensed or able to obtain SIE, FINRA Series 6, and Life licenses per policy.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Understand financial needs and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions with experts.
