Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a Chase Branch, delivering hospitality and personalized financial guidance. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, leveraging digital tools to meet needs and drive branch success.

The role requires strong sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to explain banking solutions. Hours include weekends and some evenings, with comprehensive benefits and a focus on compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in establishing clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring solutions to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail, ensuring a consistent client experience.
• Work within banking risk parameters and complete required training.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; must obtain through JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first by delivering attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Proactively manage assigned clients, meeting them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions including Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
