Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and modern banking solutions in a branch setting. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, leveraging Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to enhance service and product utilization.

The role requires 1+ year of sales in retail banking, strong communication, and firm adherence to risk and regulatory standards. Weekend/evening hours may apply; on-site branch work is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or equivalent; licensing requirements pursued post-hire.

Responsibilities
