Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and to build lasting client relationships using today’s fintech and traditional banking services. You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, tailoring product recommendations to meet financial needs while delivering exceptional service and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role requires flexible branch hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to tailor product/ service recommendations to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Adherence to risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses required or to be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and meet clients’ needs, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
