Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and financial technology solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain meaningful client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions and improve clients’ financial lives.

The role requires strong sales experience, excellent communication, and adherence to risk/compliance. You will work with a team of experts to help clients meet their needs and navigate regulatory

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services or related industry with proven success in acquiring and deepening client relationships.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and by phone, tailoring product benefits to diverse clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with training and regulatory obligations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; licensing pursued if needed within 180 days of hire.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration; licenses must be obtained per JPMorganChase licensing program.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage clients, meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate and connect clients to Chase mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
