Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and complete training.
• Minimum requirements include SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses; must obtain within 180 days.
• High school diploma or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations, delivering attentive and friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite communication to understand clients and build trust.
• Educate clients to use Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts when needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
