Job summary

McDermott Will & Schulte, a leading global law firm, seeks a Client Arrangements Specialist in Dallas to support the Client Arrangements department with rate setup changes and data entry.

You will partner with Analysts and Supervisors to interpret client arrangements, manage the Non-Standard Arrangements repository, and respond to inquiries on terms while upholding confidentiality and schedules in a demanding legal environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with electronic billing systems a plus (Aderant Expert, Rate Hierarchy).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client service, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work in a team environment and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide data entry support for rate setup change requests.
• Oversee assignment of Change Requests to Analysts based on Practice Group.
• Provide data entry support for new and to be updated Non-Standard Arrangements in the Client Arrangements Non-Standard Arrangements Repository.
• Oversee the Client Arrangements Group Inbox and alert team to time sensitive/urgent inquiries.
• Assist in providing timely response to inquiries on client arrangement terms.
• Provide support in requests for time, billing, and disbursement rules setup.
