Qualifications

The Client Advisor cultivates long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide outstanding, personalized service in accordance with brand standards.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through active clientele management and outreach.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs (ADT, UPT, data capture, repurchase rate).
• Support inventory preparation, follow up on customer charge sends, repairs, and holds, and collaborate with operations to ensure policy adherence.
• Support and maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with training initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; hospitality or other client-facing experience acceptable.
• Client‑centric, team‑oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional presentation and the ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages preferred.
• Technologically proficient with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Dependable, punctual, flexible, and able to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
