Advisors are expected to meet sales targets, maintain high visual and operational standards, and represent the brand professionally at all times.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and provide excellence in customer service following the client journey ceremony.
• Capture and update customer data in the company CRM to develop personalized relationships and future opportunities.
• Engage in cross selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve individual KPIs.
• Embrace and promote an omnichannel mindset and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent client experience.
• Maintain product and brand knowledge, stay informed on fashion trends and competitors.
• Uphold shop floor and visual display standards, follow stock procedures, and contribute to loss prevention.
• Address customer complaints effectively, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
