Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed daily, monthly, and annual sales goals and KPIs.
  • Build and grow a client portfolio through outreach, networking, and relationship management.

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, selling floor presentation, and overall store appearance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Support store operations, inventory processes, and special projects as needed.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures and ensure operational compliance.
  • Utilize local market knowledge to understand client preferences and competitive trends.
  • Participate in store events, inventory counts, and other business initiatives.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Provide leadership support and oversee store operations when acting as the senior-most team member on duty.
