Summary

The Client Advisor is a Brand Ambassador who delivers exceptional client experiences by welcoming clients, discovering needs, and cultivating long-term relationships. Reporting to a Client Advisor Manager or Store Manager/Director, this role drives sales while supporting store objectives and KPI targets. The position also supports visual merchandising and training needs to uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client and provide a high-touch client experience in accordance with brand standards.
• Develop and cultivate long-lasting client relationships through proactive outreach and active clientele management.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and key KPIs (Average Dollar Transaction, Units Per Transaction, data capture, repurchase rate).
• Support visual merchandising, inventory preparation, customer charge sends, repairs, and holds; collaborate with store leadership on operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; hospitality or other client-oriented roles acceptable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with professional presentation.
• Client-centric, team-oriented, dependable, punctual, and flexible.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools; English required; additional languages (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese) preferred.
