You will meet sales targets through personalized service, cross-selling across categories and effective use of CRM tools, while upholding visual standards and supporting stock, inventory and cash procedures.

Summary

The Client Advisor is a passionate brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional luxury client experiences and building lasting client relationships. This role is accountable for meeting individual sales targets and KPIs through personalized service, cross-selling across product categories, and effective use of CRM and digital tools. The Client Advisor also maintains shopfloor standards and supports operational activities including visual merchandising, inventory and cash procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet, listen to and assist clients, delivering a personalized and memorable luxury shopping experience
• Proactively identify and seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories
• Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools to strengthen loyalty
• Drive and exceed individual financial targets and contribute to store performance
• Maintain shopfloor standards, visual merchandising and appropriate product levels on the sales floor
• Execute stock procedures, inventory, cash activity and reporting as required by head office
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive working environment and propose solutions when needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service
• Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs
• Strong selling skills, ability to overcome objections and excellent verbal communication
• Genuine interest in fashion and the luxury market, with knowledge of trends and product categories
• Ability to use digital retail tools and CRM systems effectively
• Capacity to be mobile for extended periods, climb a ladder and lift packages up to 10 lbs regularly
