Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and deliver an exceptional in‑store client journey.
• Capture and maintain client data in CRM to develop personalized relationships and future opportunities.
• Embrace omni‑channel selling and proactively cross‑sell across departments to maximize sales.
• Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and visual merchandising, following operational and stock procedures.
• Handle customer concerns and escalates to the line manager when necessary.
• Contribute to store security and loss prevention efforts.

Requirements

• Passion for selling and strong interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Experience building long‑lasting client relationships and delivering personalized service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English required, additional languages a plus.
