Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable service and act as an ambassador for the brand.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and mentor team members during the sales ceremony.
• Consistently achieve monthly individual and store sales targets.
• Proactively source new clients and develop business using CRM tools.
• Maintain and update client records to build and retain long‑term relationships.
• Assist with merchandising and upkeep of the shop floor to uphold brand standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience selling Women’s and Men’s ready-to-wear.
