Summary

Provide exceptional, personalized client service on the sales floor to exceed individual and team targets. Act as a consistent high performer who develops long‑term client relationships through expert product knowledge and proactive clienteling. Support store objectives through collaboration, visual standards, and maintaining an organized sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve individual and team sales objectives and support colleagues in reaching targets
• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, listening, advising, and exceeding client expectations
• Use product knowledge to cross‑sell and upsell across categories
• Develop and grow a client book, maintaining client records in company tools
• Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling using available tools to recruit and retain clients
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain product presentation front and back of house
• Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back‑of‑house tasks
• Assist management with mentoring and onboarding new team members
