Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of service-related work experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Customer engagement: address questions and triage callers to appropriate departments.
• Document and process claim files, orders, and records; prepare documents for reviews.
• Process claim payments and related expenses, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of checks.
• Maintain and update business information, generate reports, and manage data discrepancies.
• Assist with financial controls and data reconciliations; prepare operational reports.
• May lift items up to 20 pounds and perform other duties as assigned.
