Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of service-related work experience OR Bachelor's Degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data handling is expected.

Responsibilities

• Customer engagement: address questions and triage to the appropriate department.
• Documentation and records management for claims, including notes and diaries.
• Process claim payments and manage related financial transactions and vouchers.
• Maintain accurate reports and update data in systems used by claim professionals.
• Support financial controls through data reconciliation and standard entries.
• May lift items up to 20 pounds as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
