Responsibilities

• Customer ENGAGEMENT: Answer customer questions and route to appropriate department; provide claim status and payment information.
• CLAIM OPERATIONAL SERVICE AND PARTNERSHIPS: Document claim files, request reports, review medical and wage statements, and manage mail.
