Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer service representative for the claim department by promptly and professionally addressing customer questions and concerns, including triage and routing callers; answers claim status and payment questions.
• Properly documents claim files, including notes and diaries; reviews reports and medical bills.
• Processes and issues claim payments and documents vendor invoices and expenses.
• Prepares data reports and updates information in management systems.
• Supports financial controls and data accuracy through reconciliations and entries.
