Responsibilities

• Customer engagement: address questions and route callers to the appropriate department; answer claim status and payment questions.
• Support claim professionals to resolve claims and manage documents and records.
• Process claim payments and expenses accurately, including outside vendor invoices and medical processing fees.
• Manage data and information: generate reports, update discrepancies, prepare operational reports.
• Assist with financial controls and reconciliations; ensure data integrity.
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail and organize storage or supplies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the team.
