Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. in Franklin, TN is seeking an entry-level Unified Communications Administrator I to design, install, support, and upgrade Cisco UC infrastructure.

You will monitor systems daily, perform VoIP and network troubleshooting, and collaborate with Network, Systems, Database and Security teams to resolve issues and improve performance. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with at least two years of hands-on Cisco experience or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required or equivalent
• Hands-on Cisco Networking/Unified Communications experience preferred
• Experience with VoIP concepts and Cisco UC platforms is essential
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and participate in on-call rotations

Responsibilities

• Serve as a UC platform expert and escalation point for UC issues
• Perform daily monitoring of unified communications systems and endpoints
• Assist with optimization of platform configuration and design
• Coordinate with Service Providers and internal teams for issue resolution
• Document procedures, diagrams, and end-user guides for stakeholders
• Submit Change Management requests for maintenance activities
• Maintain UC hardware and software at current status
• Provide status updates to senior team members as requested
