Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager - Cisco to onboard customers and guide them through their lifecycle, ensuring retention and growth.

You will act as a SME for Cisco platforms, plan regular CSRs, analyze consumption reports, and drive renewal strategies while collaborating with sales and internal teams to maximize value. You will build strong customer relationships, coordinate with project teams for successful delivery, and stay current on Cisco

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• 2+ years in technical, business, or sales role.
• 1+ year in Cisco dedicated sales support/ SME role selling contracts.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers through their lifecycle to ensure retention and growth.
• Serve as SME for platforms, tools or services relevant to the role.
• Plan and conduct Customer Success Reviews (CSRs) to review usage and feedback.
• Interpret consumption reports and provide insights for renewal strategies.
• Build relationships with key customers and partners to ensure positive experiences.
