Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks an Associate Customer Success Manager - Cisco to onboard customers, guide them through product lifecycles, and ensure retention and growth.

You will be SME for Cisco platforms and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with customer objectives and drive renewals. The role involves analyzing consumption reports, managing service delivery workflows, and maintaining proactive communication to ensure a positive customer experience across US-based customers

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required.
• 2+ years in a technical, business or sales role.
• 1+ year in a Cisco dedicated sales support/SME role selling, quoting and managing Cisco contracts.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and guide them through their lifecycle to ensure retention and growth.
• Serve as SME for platforms, tools or services relevant to the role.
• Plan and conduct regular CSRs to review product usage and roadmaps.
• Interpret consumption reports and provide renewal insights.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to align offerings and drive co-selling.
• Provide support to project teams for delivery and synchronization.
• Continuously learn about new product technologies relevant to the role.
