Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager - Cisco to onboard customers, guide them through lifecycle, and drive retention and growth. You will serve as SME for Cisco platforms and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with customer objectives.

The role analyzes consumption reports, manages service delivery workflows, builds relationships with key customers, and supports co-selling opportunities. Travel may be required; remote options available.

Qualifications

• Onboard customers through lifecycle to ensure retention and growth.
• Serve as SME for Cisco platforms, tools, or services.
• Plan and conduct regular Customer Success Reviews (CSRs) to review usage, roadmaps, and feedback.
• Interpret and analyze consumption reports to provide renewal insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to foster trust.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to drive co-selling opportunities.
• Provide support to project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Continuously learn about new product technologies relevant to the role.
• Manage workflow of orders and ensure timely delivery of services.
