SHI International Corp. in the United States is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager - Cisco to onboard customers, guide them through their product lifecycle, and drive retention and growth through strategic reviews.

This role focuses on serving as a SME, building strong customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with customer objectives. The CSM will analyze consumption reports, manage service delivery workflows, and maintain clear communication

• Onboard customers and guide them through lifecycle to ensure retention and growth.
• Serve as SME for platforms, tools, or services relevant to role.
• Conduct regular Customer Success Reviews to review usage, roadmaps and feedback.
